Stronger Together

Transforming School Mental Health Through Collaboration

Join us to explore how trauma-informed, comprehensive mental health systems can strengthen continuity of care for students. Learn how strategic partnerships and aligned practices connect education, healthcare, and mental health into an integrated model. Participants will gain practical tools and clear examples for building sustainable, collaborative approaches to school mental health. Objectives: 1. Participants will be able to understand how trauma-informed practices integrate within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) across Tiers I, II, and III, including examples of universal, targeted, and intensive mental health supports. 2. Participants will be able to analyze effective cross-sector collaboration strategies between schools, healthcare providers, and community mental health agencies to build sustainable, comprehensive school mental health systems. 3. Participants will be able to apply tools and processes for trauma-informed implementation, including tiered support audits, referral pathways (e.g., Mental Healthcare Navigation tool), and Tier III clinical care huddle structures to strengthen school-based mental health practices.
