Reaching the Hard to Reach Teacher and Administrator

In this session, presenters will share their stories and strategies for connecting with teachers and administrators who are reluctant to the ways of bryt. From program implementation to relationship building and process development, this session will touch on all aspects of planting roots for your program in your school. This lecture will then open up to a panel discussion with presenters fielding questions from the audience. Objectives: 1. Participants will acquire anecdotal knowledge from other academic coordinators and the session facilitators on building program relationships. 2. Participants will obtain strategies for working with reluctant teachers. 3. Participants will obtain strategies for working with administration all around, from building initial support to calling them in for support with difficult situations.
